A Productive Sunday

I finished one of Angela's birthday presents and have fallen in love with it. I made a little magnet set. When i first started they were suppose to be smaller and i was going to stick them onto card but I couldnt ressist! I had to make a little pod for them!





I was then on a roll and wanted to keep on going. I made a stawberry keyring and have an apple in the making.




Also have some little things which i made a while ago.

Mr Hippo brooch and a donut. not sure what to do with the donut though....




Also here is a photo of my blanket.


Now, time to make Angela's bag and earrings and then i am done!
I am then going to check out Etsy and think about uploading some of my stuff...

so many ideas, so little time

it is the long weekend and i am up to the second day. i have soo much house work to get done but i keep wanting to start a new project. i have sooooo many ideas yet stuck on where to start and what to do first!!

once i start, i dont think that i am going to be able to stop but i just need to get the engine started!!!

My crafty stuff

I haven't yet finished Molly's (my little doggy) granny square blanket but seeing as i haven't posted up any crafty pictures, i thought i might do it now!

Here is just a little snipit of the first granny square i ever made! they are quite small! The blanket is turning out really cute but i had no idea how long it would take!!


I started to really fall in love with craft when i found the beading forum! After making jewllery, I sold a heap on Ebay but there fees were SO high that it makes it so hard to sell small items, So i figured i'd just have a website. www.bbeaded.com the hardest part was getting it out there so people would have a look. I was little bit discouraged as i was really passionate about it but just couldnt compete with all of the stuff from China!!! People can buy it for half the price when it comes from China.



I wanted to have a go and bags and things. My sister had gone overseas and left her sewing machine behind so i thought myself something new!! (thnkas Claire! I promsise to give it back :)










I then wanted to make little plushies. these ones are still in the making!!!







but at the moment my new love is crochet!! Craftster and Crochetville have been my inspiration but crochet is harder than i thought! My newest project is learning how to make AMIGURUMI . Awsome stuff!!!

Starting this thing again - with a new obsession!

So, i started this thing when i was into beads but over the last month or so i have learnt how to crochet and i have to say, i cant pull my self away from it. i had no idea there were so many different things you could do with 1 hook and some wool. i always thought you could only make scarfs but boy was i wrong! i have joined up to 2 FANTABULOUS forums,
craftster and crochetville

there are sooo many talented people out there and i hope to be one of them!!

from now on i am going to try and post up all of my upcoming project... for any one who really cares :)
